Prior to your first session, I will send you a link to my client portal where you can fill out the required intake forms ahead of time so that we can get the most out of the initial session.

The client portal is also where you can see my schedule and request an available appointment.

We will discuss ahead of time whether you’d like to meet via Telehealth, for which you’d get a video link prior to session, or in-person at the office.

Initial psychotherapy assessment (50 mins.): $175

Individual therapy session (50 mins.): $155

I accept cash, credit cards, Venmo and personal checks

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Regence BCBS (Anthem BC in CA)

I am happy to provide you with documentation which may help you to get reimbursement through your insurance company for an out-of-network claim.
